This Privacy Policy is issued by CORYXKENSHIN LLC, a creator studio with its office at 127 Singh Blvd, South Lyon - 48178-8209, United States (US). The studio is operated under the direction of the developer CoryxKenshin, who oversees the website, the production calendar and the fan mail program described below.
We wrote this document in plain language because a policy that nobody can read protects nobody. Every section explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. If a sentence here is unclear, write to media@coryxkenshin.autos or call +14015220553 and a member of the studio team will explain it.
This policy applies to the website at coryxkenshin.autos, to correspondence sent to the South Lyon office and to any service engagement carried out by CORYXKENSHIN LLC. It does not apply to third party platforms that host video, merchandise or payment processing, each of which publishes its own privacy terms.

1. Who we are
CORYXKENSHIN LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States and operating from 127 Singh Blvd, South Lyon - 48178-8209, United States (US). The company runs a creator studio that plans episode boards, schedules merchandise drops, opens fan mail on camera and coordinates collaborations and community spotlight weeks.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, CORYXKENSHIN LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. The developer CoryxKenshin takes direct responsibility for the studio practice described here, including the review of messages sent to the studio inbox and the supervision of the fan mail program.
Our contact email is media@coryxkenshin.autos and our studio telephone number is +14015220553. Postal mail may be addressed to the company at the South Lyon address above.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information processed through the website at coryxkenshin.autos, through email and telephone contact with the studio, and through physical correspondence received at the South Lyon office. It also covers information shared during the delivery of studio services such as episode board planning or collab scheduling rails.
This policy does not cover information that you provide to third party platforms. If you watch a video on a hosting platform, buy merchandise through a storefront or contact us through a social network, that platform processes your information under its own privacy terms. We encourage you to read those terms, because they govern activity we do not control.
Some studio services are delivered to business clients. Where a client shares information about its own customers with us, the client remains responsible for that information and we process it only on documented instructions. In that situation, the client privacy notice governs the relationship with the individual, and this policy governs our handling of the information as a processor.
3. Information we collect
We keep collection deliberately narrow. The studio needs enough information to reply to a message, to return a letter and to deliver the work that a client has asked for. Anything beyond that is optional, and we mark optional fields as optional whenever we design a form.
The categories of information we may process are identity and contact details, correspondence content, project materials supplied by clients, technical information generated by a browser session, and records of our own studio activity. Each category is described in the sections that follow.
We do not purchase contact lists, we do not enrich contact records from data brokers and we do not build advertising profiles of website visitors.
4. Information you give us directly
When you use the contact form on the website, you provide a name, an email address, a subject selection and a message. The form is designed to open your own email application, which means the message leaves your device through your mail provider and arrives in the studio inbox rather than being stored on the website itself.
When you write to media@coryxkenshin.autos or call +14015220553, you may provide additional details such as a company name, a project timeline or a return address. We use those details only to answer the inquiry and to keep an accurate record of the exchange.
When you send physical fan mail, you may provide your name, a return address and whatever content you choose to include. Because the envelope is handled by postal services before it reaches us, the information on the outside of the envelope is also visible to those services and to anyone who handles the package along the way.
When a client engages the studio for episode board planning, merch drop calendars or another listed service, the client may share project materials, brand assets, schedules and internal contacts. We treat those materials as confidential business information in addition to treating them as personal information where individuals are identifiable.
5. Information collected automatically
The website is built as a small set of static pages. We do not run a customer relationship platform on the site, we do not embed advertising trackers and we do not use a third party analytics product that builds individual profiles. The server that delivers the pages records standard request logs, which may include an internet protocol address, a browser user agent string, a requested page path and a timestamp.
Those logs exist so that the site stays available and so that abusive traffic can be identified. They are retained for a short operational window and are not joined to contact records or used to build profiles of visitors. If a hosting provider processes logs on our behalf, that provider is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use the information for its own purposes.
Your browser may also store a small amount of local state if you interact with the menu on a mobile device. That state is held by the browser on your device, is used only to remember whether a navigation panel is open, and is discarded when you close the tab.
6. Fan mail and correspondence
Fan mail is a central part of the studio, and it receives special handling. Crates are logged on arrival at the South Lyon office with a running number and a received date. The envelope is then opened in a filmed batch, and the running number is read on camera so that a sender can follow the journey of a letter through the edit.
We do not read a return address aloud on camera and we do not publish a private letter without explicit permission. If a letter contains personal information that appears sensitive, the studio team removes it before recording and replies privately by email where a reply is possible. That decision is made by the studio team and is not subject to appeal through the public segment.
Physical letters are stored in a locked room between batches and are destroyed on a rolling schedule unless a specific retention need applies. We do not sell letters, we do not lend them to third parties and we do not use them to build a contact database. If you would like a letter returned, include a self addressed envelope with sufficient postage.
Please do not send valuable items, identity documents, financial information or anything perishable. If such an item arrives, the studio will make a reasonable effort to return it and may dispose of it if no return address is present.
8. Why we use information
We use personal information to reply to inquiries, to prepare and deliver studio services, to operate the fan mail program, to keep the website available and secure, to meet accounting and legal obligations, and to improve the clarity of our own published material.
For example, a message about a collaboration request is used to check the calendar rail, to confirm a filming window and to write back with a decision. A letter received in a crate is used to produce the fan mail segment and, where necessary, to send a private reply. A client brief is used to build an episode board and to discuss that board with the named contacts on the project.
We do not use studio correspondence to send unrelated marketing. If we ever introduce a newsletter, it will require an explicit opt in, will include a working unsubscribe link and will not be built from addresses collected through the contact form or through fan mail.
9. Our legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on different bases depending on the activity. Responding to a message you sent us relies on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, or on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact the studio.
Delivering paid studio services relies on the contract between the studio and the client. Keeping accounting records relies on a legal obligation. Protecting the website from abuse relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and safe.
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we carry out a balancing assessment and keep a short written record of it. If you would like to know more about that assessment for a specific activity, contact the studio and we will explain the reasoning in plain language.
11. Service providers
Service providers are selected with care. Before a provider receives personal information, we confirm the scope of the service, the security measures it applies and the terms on which it may process the information. Providers may not use studio information for their own marketing and may not combine it with information from other clients.
Where a provider processes information outside the United States, we use appropriate contractual safeguards and review the transfer on a regular schedule. We keep a current list of the categories of providers in use and will describe those categories on request.
Payment processing, when a paid service is purchased, is handled by a specialist provider that receives card details directly. The studio does not store full card numbers on its own systems and does not receive those numbers in the studio inbox.
12. How long we keep information
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and for a short period afterward to allow follow up, after which they are deleted. Client project materials are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a defined period afterward so that a question about the finished work can still be answered.
Physical fan mail is destroyed on a rolling schedule, typically within ninety days of the filmed batch unless a specific retention need applies. Where a sender includes a return envelope, the letter is returned rather than destroyed. Shipping records may be kept for a longer period to resolve delivery questions.
Accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by law. Server logs are kept for a short operational window. When a retention period ends, information is deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be connected to an individual.
13. How we protect information
We use access controls, locked storage for physical mail and encrypted connections for the website. Access to the studio inbox and to project materials is limited to team members who need it for their work, and access is reviewed when a team member changes role or leaves.
Backups are stored separately from working systems and are tested periodically. Devices used to access studio information require a passcode and are kept up to date with security patches. Paper records are kept in the locked room at the South Lyon office and are shredded when their retention period ends.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that an incident will never occur. If a security incident affects personal information in a way that creates a risk to individuals, we will notify affected people and the relevant authorities as required by law, and we will explain what happened and what we have changed.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, to request deletion, to request a restriction on processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to request a portable copy of information you provided to us.
You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that took place before the withdrawal. You will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right, and we will not charge a fee for a reasonable request.
To make a request, write to media@coryxkenshin.autos with enough detail for us to find your information, such as the email address you used or the number printed on a fan mail envelope. We will acknowledge the request promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter directly first.
15. Privacy for Children
The studio audience includes viewers of many ages, and the website is written to be understandable by a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen through the contact form, and we ask that a parent or guardian send any inquiry on behalf of a younger child.
Fan mail from younger viewers is welcome, but we ask that a parent or guardian review what is sent and that no full home address be included. A first name and a return envelope is enough for a reply. If we learn that we have received information from a child under thirteen without appropriate permission, we will remove it and, where possible, reply to the parent or guardian.
A parent or guardian may contact media@coryxkenshin.autos to ask what information we hold about a child, to request its deletion or to ask that a specific letter be returned. We will verify the relationship before acting on the request.
16. International visitors
The studio is based in the United States, and information sent to us is processed in the United States. If you write to us from another country, you are sending information to a jurisdiction with its own privacy rules, which may differ from the rules where you live.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers between jurisdictions, including standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism. If you would like more detail about the safeguards that apply to your information, contact the studio and we will explain the arrangement.
Physical mail sent from outside the United States passes through international postal systems before it reaches the South Lyon office, and those systems apply their own handling rules to the outside of the envelope.
17. Third party links
The website may link to video platforms, stores and social networks. Those destinations are operated by other companies, and this policy does not apply to them. When you follow a link, the destination may set its own cookies, ask you to sign in or collect information under its own terms.
We choose links with care and review them when the site is updated, but we cannot control how a third party changes its practices after that review. Read the privacy notice of any site before providing information there.
A link from the studio is not an endorsement of every practice on the destination site, and a mention of a product or creator in a video is not a data sharing arrangement with that person.
18. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever a studio practice changes. When we make a material change, we update the effective date at the top of the page and add a short note describing what changed.
If a change affects how we use information that we already hold, we will describe the change clearly and, where the law requires it, ask for consent before the new use begins. Continuing to use the website after a change takes effect means that you have had the opportunity to read the updated policy.
Archived versions of this policy are kept internally for reference. If you need an earlier version for a contractual or regulatory reason, write to the studio and we will provide it.
20. Studio operations records
The studio keeps internal records of its own work so that a project can be reconstructed if a question arrives months later. Those records include board versions, calendar changes, review notes and a short log of correspondence. They are written for operational reasons and are retained only while they serve that purpose.
Internal records are visible to team members who need them and are not published. Where a record contains personal information about a collaborator or a client contact, the same retention and deletion rules described in section twelve apply to that record.
21. Communications preferences
Studio correspondence is used to answer the message that started it. If you ask to be kept informed about a specific project, we may send occasional updates about that project, and you can stop those updates by replying with a short request to stop.
We do not add contact form addresses or fan mail senders to a marketing list. Any future newsletter will require a separate opt in, will state its purpose before you sign up and will include a working way to leave at any time.
19. How to contact us
Questions about this policy, requests about personal information and complaints about handling may be sent to media@coryxkenshin.autos or raised by telephone on +14015220553 during studio hours. Postal mail may be addressed to CORYXKENSHIN LLC, 127 Singh Blvd, South Lyon - 48178-8209, United States (US).
Please include your name, a contact address and a short description of the matter. If your request concerns a fan mail envelope, include the running number where you have it. The studio team will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any next steps.
We keep a written record of privacy requests and their outcomes so that we can show that we handled them consistently. That record does not include more personal information than is needed to answer the request.
