1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and CORYXKENSHIN LLC. Accessing the website, submitting the contact form, calling the studio number or sending physical mail indicates that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the website or the services.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and the words you below refer to that organization as well as to the individual who sent the message.

These terms operate alongside the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and the two documents should be read together. Where a conflict exists about personal information, the Privacy Policy prevails.

2. About the studio

CORYXKENSHIN LLC is a creator studio located at 127 Singh Blvd, South Lyon - 48178-8209, United States (US). The studio plans episode boards, manages merchandise drop calendars, operates a fan mail program, reviews thumbnails, coordinates collaborations and runs community spotlight weeks.

The website describes these activities for information and for intake purposes. The descriptions on the Services page are a summary of normal practice, not a guarantee that every item is available at every moment. Availability is always confirmed against the studio calendar before a commitment is made.

The studio may be reached by email at media@coryxkenshin.autos or by telephone on +14015220553 during posted hours. Written inquiries are preferred where a record of the exchange matters.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The website is available to anyone who can form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and any paid engagement must be arranged by an adult.

The website does not offer user accounts, passwords or member areas. There is nothing to register for and nothing to delete except correspondence, which is handled under the Privacy Policy. Because there are no accounts, the terms do not include account security obligations, though readers should still keep their own devices secure.

Certain services are available only to business clients with a signed written agreement. Where a written agreement exists, it takes precedence over these terms for the matters it covers, and these terms fill any gap that the agreement leaves open.

4. Permitted use of the website

You may view the website, print pages for personal reference and send inquiries through the contact form. You may quote short passages with clear attribution to CORYXKENSHIN LLC and a link to the source page. Any other use requires written permission from the studio.

You may not scrape the site at a rate that affects availability, attempt to access areas that are not public, interfere with security features or use automated tools to harvest contact details. The site is small and its content is meant to be read by people, not mirrored by crawlers.

Framing the site inside another page, presenting the content as your own or removing attribution from a quoted passage is not permitted. Linking to the site from a relevant page is welcome and does not require permission.

5. Studio services and bookings

An inquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only when the studio has confirmed a slot in writing and, where a fee applies, a deposit or purchase order has been accepted. Until that confirmation arrives, the calendar remains open to other requests.

Each engagement receives a short written scope that lists the deliverable, the review points and the final hand off. Changes to scope are recorded in writing before the extra work begins. That practice protects both sides: the client knows what will arrive, and the studio knows what it has agreed to produce.

Filming windows, review meetings and delivery dates are set against the shared studio calendar. If a client misses a review point by more than two business days without notice, the studio may move the engagement to the next available window. If the studio misses a delivery date, it will tell the client as soon as the risk is known and offer a revised date or a proportionate reduction.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in a written quote before an engagement begins. Unless the quote says otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel and third party costs, which are itemized separately and require approval before they are incurred.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause scheduled work after written notice. Deposits are generally non refundable once production has begun, because the reserved slot cannot easily be refilled at short notice.

If a client cancels more than five business days before a production window, any deposit may be applied to a future slot within six months. If a client cancels within five business days, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved time. These figures reflect the real cost of holding a filming crew and are not intended as a penalty.

7. Client obligations

A client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback and the rights needed for any material supplied to the studio. If a client provides music, footage, artwork or a guest release, the client confirms that it has permission to use that material for the intended purpose.

A client is also responsible for reviewing the final deliverable before publication. The studio produces work in good faith, but a factual error in a brief supplied by the client remains the responsibility of the client unless the studio was asked to verify the fact and agreed to do so.

Clients should keep their own copy of every deliverable. The studio keeps an archive for a reasonable period, but it is not a backup service and does not guarantee that a master file will be retrievable after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Fan mail terms

Fan mail is accepted at the South Lyon office with the understanding that it becomes physical property of the studio once it is delivered. The studio may log, open, film and store a letter as part of its normal program, and may display the contents in a public segment unless a clear written request for privacy is included in the envelope.

Senders must not include valuable items, identification documents, payment card details, passwords or anything illegal. The studio is not able to safeguard such items and may dispose of them. Perishable items are discarded on arrival for health reasons.

Letters are acknowledged through the public segment rather than by individual confirmation of receipt. If a private reply is requested, include a self addressed stamped envelope of appropriate size and the studio will make a reasonable effort to reply. The studio cannot guarantee a reply to every letter.

By sending a letter, a sender confirms that the content is their own work or is used with permission, that it does not infringe the rights of a third party and that it does not contain unlawful material. The studio may decline to open or feature a letter that appears to breach these conditions.

9. Community spotlight submissions

Submissions for community spotlight weeks are accepted through the contact page with a link to the work and a short description. The studio reviews submissions in order of arrival and selects a shortlist on the basis of range, originality and suitability for a general audience.

Submitting work does not guarantee selection, and the studio is not obliged to provide feedback on every submission. If work is selected, the creator is notified before publication and is asked to confirm credit details, including the name to be shown and any link to include.

A creator may withdraw a submission at any time before publication by writing to the studio. After publication, the work may be removed on request, though the studio reserves the right to note that a correction or removal occurred.

10. Collaboration rails

A collaboration request accepted onto the rail creates a mutual expectation of good faith preparation. Each side receives the same published windows and names the same contact person. Dates on the rail are held for a short period after confirmation, after which the slot returns to the pool.

Publishing terms, including which channel may publish first, how long an exclusive window lasts and whether a re edit is allowed, are agreed in writing before filming. If a partner fails to honour those terms, the studio may decline future collaborations and may request that the published version be corrected.

Each partner keeps ownership of its own footage and of its own channel. The rail does not create a joint venture, partnership or agency relationship, and neither side may act on behalf of the other without written authority.

11. Intellectual property

The website and all content produced by the studio are owned by CORYXKENSHIN LLC or are used under licence. That includes text, page design, illustrations, the studio mark and the written material on the Services page. Permission to view does not transfer ownership.

Deliverables created for a client are licensed as described in the written scope. Unless the scope transfers ownership, the client receives a licence to use the deliverable for the stated purpose, while the studio retains the right to show the work in a portfolio and to describe the engagement in general terms.

Fan mail content remains the property of the sender, but the sender grants the studio a non exclusive licence to feature the content in a studio segment and in related promotion. That licence ends when the letter is destroyed, except for copies already published.

12. Licence for submitted materials

When you send work, a brief, a logo or other material to the studio, you grant CORYXKENSHIN LLC a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use that material for the purpose of the engagement or the submission program. The licence is limited to that purpose and does not allow the studio to sell the material.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence and that the material does not infringe the rights of anyone else. If a third party claims otherwise, you agree to cooperate in resolving the claim and to remove the material from the studio if that is the practical fix.

The studio will stop using material on written request where the engagement has ended, except where retention is required for accounting, legal or archive purposes. Material used in an already published episode may remain online, because removing a published work can disrupt records of what was shown.

13. Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is not permitted on the website, in correspondence with the studio or in fan mail. Using the site in a way that disrupts access for others, attempting to gain unauthorised access to studio systems, and sending malicious code are prohibited.

Harassment of studio staff, of a collaborator or of another community member is prohibited. Sending another person private information without consent, impersonating a studio employee or misrepresenting a relationship with the studio is prohibited.

Sending unlawful content, threats, hateful material or content that sexualises minors is strictly prohibited. Content of that kind will be reported where appropriate, will not receive a reply and will result in the sender being blocked across all studio channels.

14. Availability and changes

The website is provided on an as available basis. The studio may modify, suspend or withdraw any page at any time, including when a service is fully booked or when a description needs correcting. Maintenance windows are kept short and, where practical, announced in advance.

Service descriptions may change as studio practice evolves. A change in a general description does not alter a written scope that has already been agreed for a specific engagement, unless both sides sign an update.

The studio may discontinue a service at its discretion. Where a client has prepaid for a discontinued service, the studio will offer a suitable alternative or refund the unused portion.

15. Disclaimers

Content on the website is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to a particular situation. Where the site describes a process, the description reflects normal practice and is not a promise of a specific outcome.

The studio does not guarantee that a video will reach a particular audience, that a merchandise drop will meet a sales target or that a collaboration will produce a particular result. Creative work involves uncertainty, and the studio prefers to be honest about that rather than sell guarantees it cannot keep.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but the studio does not warrant that every page will be free of error or that access will be uninterrupted. Links to third party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of every practice on those sites.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORYXKENSHIN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from an engagement, including lost revenue, lost opportunity or reputational harm. The studio remains responsible for direct loss caused by its own negligence, as required by law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the studio for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. For website use that does not involve a paid engagement, liability is limited to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and in those jurisdictions the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CORYXKENSHIN LLC against reasonable costs and losses arising from a claim that material you supplied infringed the rights of a third party, that your use of the site breached these terms or that your conduct caused harm to another person.

This obligation applies only to the extent that the claim results from your own act or omission. The studio will notify you promptly of a claim, will allow you to participate in the response and will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on your behalf without consent.

If the studio is required to respond to a legal request because of content you supplied, reasonable legal costs may be recovered from you where the law allows and where the request was caused by that content.

18. Suspension and termination

The studio may suspend access to the website, decline to open a letter or end an engagement if these terms are breached in a serious way. Where the breach can be fixed, the studio will usually give notice and a short period to fix it before taking further action.

A client may end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work already completed become payable, and any unused deposit is handled under the cancellation terms described above. The studio may end an engagement if a client becomes insolvent or if continuing would require the studio to act unlawfully.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue to apply after an engagement ends.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the studio is located, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, both sides agree to raise the matter in writing and to allow thirty days for a good faith attempt at resolution.

If a dispute is not resolved by discussion, it may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction covering the studio address. Nothing in this section prevents either side from seeking urgent relief where that is necessary to protect rights.

Small disagreements are common in creative work and are usually a matter of unclear expectations rather than bad faith. A short written record of the original scope resolves most of them, which is why the studio insists on one for every engagement.

20. Changes to these terms

The studio may update these terms from time to time. When a material change is made, the effective date at the top of the page is updated and a short summary of the change is added. The current version always governs new use of the website and new engagements.

An engagement that is already underway is governed by the terms in force when the written scope was agreed, unless both sides agree to adopt the updated version. That protects a client from a mid project change that nobody expected.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect, and the unenforceable provision is read in the way that most closely reflects its original purpose.

21. How to contact us

Questions about these terms may be sent to media@coryxkenshin.autos or raised by telephone on +14015220553 during studio hours. Postal mail may be addressed to CORYXKENSHIN LLC, 127 Singh Blvd, South Lyon - 48178-8209, United States (US).

Please identify the page or engagement concerned and describe the issue briefly. The studio will respond within a reasonable time and will confirm in writing if a change to an engagement is agreed as a result of the conversation.

Thank you for reading these terms in full. A studio that explains its rules clearly spends less time resolving confusion and more time making the work.
